There's no doubt that the Paul McCartney-Nirvana member collaboration on 'Cut Me Some Slack' was one of the highlights of the 12-12-12 Hurricane Sandy benefit concert, but not everyone is happy about the pairing. Kurt Cobain's widow, Courtney Love, tells TMZ that she was "not amused" after hearing the news.
We bet Courtney Love is fun at parties.
In the last month alone, she's said the Muppets "raped" the memory of her late husband Kurt Cobain, then she called out 'The Muppets' co-writer and star Jason Segel on her Twitter feed, and finally she used the same medium to publicly accuse Cobain's former Nirvana bandmate Dave Grohl of hitting on her 19-year-old daughter, Frances Bean.
Love doesn't apologize for much, but now she's at least backtracking on those last comments.
Courtney Love, who seems to lack that invisible barrier most us have between what we think and what we say, has gone on record with another gem: she claims Disney and the Muppets "raped" Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain's memory by featuring 'Smells Like Teen Spirit' in last year's movie, 'The Muppets.'
