As we look back on 2011 as the year draws to a close, now is also a good time to remember all the rockers we lost in the last 12 months.

Some tragically died too young and some lived long and fruitful lives, but they all are worth remembering for their contributions to the music industry -- as performers, producers, photographers, TV hosts and more.

From the premature deaths of Bruce Springsteen's E Street saxophonist Clarence Clemons and Warrant singer Jani Lane through to the passing of iconic rock photographer Barry Feinstein at the age of 80, many musical souls took their last breaths in 2011. Join us as we look back.
