AXS TV will broadcast appearances by Robert Plant, John Fogerty and Santana at this year's New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival, marking the second year the network has carried the event live.

The network will telecast music over the festival's final four days between May 1 and May 4, offering some 24 total hours of music. Highlights from 2013, including an appearance by Billy Joel, will be featured in a best-of special that's set to air on AXS at 8:00PM Eastern on Feb. 16.

"At Jazz Fest 2013, we brought together a fantastic lineup of artists," said Quint Davis, Jazz Fest producer and director. "Many of their memorable performances at the festival live on even now through the AXS TV ‘Best of the Fest’ special. This year, our 45th anniversary festival, the stars really aligned, and an historic moment awaits us all in presenting to the world, both live and over AXS TV, the deepest and most exciting Festival line up ever. Truly a wish list come true."

Plant will appear with the Sensational Space Shifters. Also on this year's bill in New Orleans: Bruce Springsteen, Eric ClaptonBoz Scaggs, John Hiatt and an incredibly diverse assortment of R&B, jazz, funk and blues musicians. The 2014 Jazz Fest takes place from over two weekends from April 25 to May 4.
