It's a rock royalty bonanza as we pit Queen's "Flash Gordon" against Guns N' Roses' "Rocket Queen" in the semifinals of our Rock Star Wars tournament.

To try and fill our days between now and when Star Wars: The Force Awakens opens Dec. 18, we’ve tracked down 32 space-themed classic rock songs and paired them off against each other in a series of intergalactic battles. The field will be halved every week based on your votes, until only the spaciest song in rock history is left.

It wasn't easy for either of this matchup's competitors to make it through to this round. Though Queen earned a decisive victory against UFO's "Space Child" to start the tournament, they had to make it past Pink Floyd's "Interstellar Overdrive" in the most recent round.

Similarly, while GNR had their way with Monster Magnet's "Space Lord" in Round One, they managed to pull off what many might consider a surprising upset in the next round, defeating the Beatles' "Across the Universe" by a 53-46 percent margin.

Now it's time to pit these two worthy opponents against one another. Which will emerge victorious? It’s your choice. You can listen to both tracks below, and vote once per hour in each of the this round’s Rock Star Wars battles until polls close on Dec. 7 at 11:59PM ET. Your choice for our Rock Star Wars champion will be revealed on Dec. 22, 2015.
