President Obama Re-Elected – Rockers React on Twitter
President Barack Obama was re-elected for a second term as President of the United States last night (Nov. 6), defeating Republican candidate Mitt Romney following a long and often contentious campaign. Classic rockers from both sides of the political fence have weighed in on this news, displaying a wide range of emotions.
As we previously reported, noted conservative Ted Nugent was less than pleased with the results, blasting those who cast their ballots for Obama as "soulless fools." But others Motley Crue drummer Tommy Lee and Jane's Addiction guitarist Dave Navarro were happy with the results, as you'll see below alongside more comedic comments from Alice Cooper and Lee's bandmate Nikki Sixx:
Wise choice America! Proud!!!!
