Pink Floyd brought progressive music to the mainstream. And we are forever indebted to them for that.

Before Pink Floyd changed the world of music forever with the release of their 1973 megaseller 'The Dark Side of the Moon,' they were a psychedelic group that turned to prog after original frontman Syd Barrett's burned out, quite literally.

'The Dark Side of the Moon' warped minds too, but in less dangerous, and permanent, ways. The album flows together as an epic look at the human condition and all its flaws. We also heard it makes an awesome soundtrack to 'The Wizard of Oz.'
