The next installments of Paul McCartney‘s reissue campaign feature his the first two albums he made after the 1981 dissolution of Wings. On Oct. 2, expanded versions of Tug of War and Pipes of Peace will be released in multiple configurations.

Both will be available in two-CD Special Editions that add a bonus disc of demos and B-sides, and a Deluxe Edition that adds a DVD of music videos and other footage, a 112-page essay book and another 64-page book, as well as 180-gram two-LP vinyl sets with digital download cards.

McCartney goes a little bit further with the Deluxe Edition of Tug of War, which also includes the original 1982 mix of the album. He’s putting out a Super Deluxe Edition, too, which is limited to 1,000 sets and comes in an acrylic slipcase with five hand-numbered photos from Linda McCartney’s collection.

Tug of War contains McCartney’s smash duet with Stevie Wonder, “Ebony and Ivory,” and “Here Today,” which he wrote in the wake of John Lennon‘s death, and is now a regular part of McCartney’s set list. Pipes of Peace included another duet, “Say Say Say,” this time with Michael Jackson. Both albums were originally produced by George Martin.

You can pre-order both sets at McCartney’s website.
