October 2012 Classic Rock Birthdays

October needn't be known only for spooky celebrations of Halloween. Trick or treating, costumes and horror films are always fun, but let us also find time to honor the birthdays of some of the rock 'n' roll greats who were born on this fine month.

This list includes members of bands such as the Rolling Stones, the Eagles, Quiet Riot and on more than one occasion, the mighty Van Halen. Beginning on Oct. 2 and ending just one day short of All Hallows' Eve, the rockstar birthdays we'll run down over the following pages are phenomenal and diverse.
