'Not Fade Away,' the story of a garage rock band in the mid-'60s written and directed by David Chase, the creator of the 'Sopranos,' is out now on home video. We've teamed up with Paramount and our sister site ScreenCrush to give away five copies of the Blu-Ray, and one vinyl copy of the soundtrack, signed by Chase himself.

The movie stars John Magaro as Douglas, a blue-collar kid in New Jersey who, after seeing the Rolling Stones' television debut, decides to form a band, despite the objection of his father (James Gandolfini). 'Not Fade Away' uses the band as a focal point to tell the story of the mid-'60s, touching on the Civil Rights movement, the generation gap and the Vietnam War.

The Blu-ray's bonus features include deleted scenes and a featurette on the creation of the music, which was performed by Steven Van Zandt (who was also the film's executive producer), his fellow E Street Band members Max Weinberg and Garry Tallent and old friend Bobby Bandeira (Southside Johnny, Bon Jovi). The soundtrack not only features their original music, but also classics by the Rolling Stones, Bob Dylan, the Rascals and blues legends Elmore James and Leadbelly.
