Nikki Sixx Reveals New Music Is on the Way From Sixx: AM

Good news for Nikki Sixx fans. The Motley Crue star's side project, Sixx: AM, has been busy in the past few months, working on some new tunes for its third studio album.

"Here is something that is not a rumor," Sixx wrote on his personal Facebook page in the wee hours of the morning Saturday (Jan. 7). "SixxAM is already at work writing for the 3rd SixxAM Album. Probably a 2013 release considering the body of work we're setting as a goal."

In addition to the new tunes, Sixx also revealed more bonuses on the way from Sixx: AM. "We will be doing a proper video for the next single soon," he shared. "Tour options keep coming but we haven't found the right fit yet to open up the conversations. Keep you all posted. Night."

Fans who can't wait until the new music becomes available can log onto Sixx: AM's official website, where they can purchase the band's latest EP, '7,' as well as 'This Is Gonna Hurt.' The website also offers a free download of 'Codependence,' which is also currently available on iTunes.
