Neil Young and Buffalo Springfield ride again! After ending forty years apart with two reunion shows last October, the surviving members of the classic band -- Young, Stephen Stills and Richie Furay -- will play six shows in California this June prior to their appearance at this year's Bonnaroo Festival.

The California mini-tour kicks off June 1 in Oakland and ends up June 8 in Santa Barbara.  Rumor has it that more dates will be added soon in other parts of the country, and oh goodness do we hope so, because if we miss this it's gonna really suck.

Young, who just finished up a series of typically unique shows for his recent album 'Le Noise' -- see our review here -- will be dipping into his vast archives again on June 14 to release 'A Treasure,' a live album from his '80s country-rock group the International Harvesters.  The record will feature several songs that never made it onto his studio albums from that time.

Buffalo Springfield 2011 Tour:

6/01 & 6/02  -- Oakland, Calif.
6/04 & 6/05 -- Los Angeles, Calif.
6/07 & 6/08 -- Santa Barbara, Calif.
6/09 -- 6/12 - Manchester, Tenn. (Bonnaroo Festival)
