Pearl Jam and Soundgarden are two of the bands who will perform at Neil Young's annual concerts to benefit the Bridge School. The shows will take place Oct. 25-26 at the Shoreline Amphitheatre in Mountain View, CA.

Also appearing are Tom Jones, Florence + the Machine, Band of Horses and Norah Jones with her alternative country side project, Puss N Boots. Neil's soon-to-be ex-wife Pegi Young will play with her band the Survivors. Neil and Pegi founded the school in 1986 to, as their mission says, "to ensure that individuals with severe speech and physical impairments achieve full participation in their communities through the use of augmentative & alternative means of communication (AAC) and assistive technology (AT) applications and through the development, implementation and dissemination of innovative life-long educational strategies." The Youngs, whose son, Ben, has cerebral palsy, have held the all-acoustic benefit concert every year since 1986, with the exception of 1987.

Tickets for the concert go on sale Friday, Sept. 19 at 10:00AM Pacific. For more information, visit the Bridge School's website.

Tonight (Sept. 14) Neil Young will also be participating in the annual Farm Aid benefit concert, along with John Mellencamp, Willie Nelson and Dave Matthews. You can stream the concert at Farm Aid's website beginning at 5:00PM Eastern and on the AXS TV network at 7:00PM Eastern.
