If Lemmy's health problems ever end up forcing Motörhead off the road, the band members will at least be able to look forward to the royalties from their new, officially endorsed line of sex toys.

Promising "the loudest buzz in the world," the group worked with Lovehoney ("the sexual happiness people") to develop "four bullet and classic torpedo-shaped vibrators, all decorated with the band’s iconic logo and branding," designed to "deliver the power and pleasure fans would expect from the ‘loudest band on Earth.’"

"One of the songs on our debut album was called ‘Vibrator’ so we had to have our own one day, right?" quipped Lemmy in a press release. "Apparently, it was worth the wait!"

"We designed these classic vibes for both fans of Motörhead and rock lovers, as well as those who just want a cool looking toy to add to their collection," added Lovehoney co-founder Neal Slateford. "The range captures the rock and roll lifestyle of the band perfectly, and offers a unique counterpoint to the traditionally pink and purple toys that currently dominate the market."

The press release also quotes Lemmy as saying he's "always had a way with a certain kind of girl," which presumably sums up the target audience for the toys. The complete line, titled "Motörhead - The Official Pleasure Collection," is available for sale in physical and online retail locations now.

The band's Lovehoney collaboration arrives shortly after their latest album, Bad Magic, and alongside a North American tour that has been beset by illness-related cancellations. The group is expected to resume touring tonight.
