When Metal Allegiance took over City National Grove of Anaheim last month for a special tribute to the fallen heroes of rock and metal, one of the night's big highlights was a cover of Ozzy Osbourne’s “I Don’t Know," dedicated to the song's co-author, Osbourne's late guitarist Randy Rhoads.

We are now pleased to offer an exclusive video of that performance, which features wrestling icon and Fozzy frontman Chris Jericho on vocals, in addition to current Osbourne lead guitarist Gus G. As the Ayatollah of Rock 'n' Rolla would say, "Drink it in, maaaaaaaan!"

Metal Allegiance’s one-night-only set was filled with rock and metal classics such as Metallica’s “Seek & Destroy,” Motorhead’s “Iron Fist” and David Bowie’s “Suffragette City.”

Machine Head’s Phil Demmel paid further tribute to Rhoads by using one of the late musician's custom Flying V guitars for the song, which also featured drummer Mike Portnoy and bassist Mark Menghi.

Check out this exclusive performance above, and check out more clips from Metal Allegiance’s tribute to fallen heroes below.
