Dee Snider, Tommy Lee + More Honor Memorial Day on Twitter

As many Americans enjoy a day off on Monday, it’s important to remember that Memorial Day isn’t just a day to relax — it’s a day to reflect. And that’s something quite a few rockers haven’t forgotten.
Turns out a lot of musicians are pretty patriotic. Styx and Kiss took to Twitter to post their gratitude to our military members both past and present, and they were joined by others including Tommy Lee, Dee Snider, Foghat and more.
To all our UCR readers who are veterans or currently serving in our armed forces, we extend our thanks to you and your families for your service and sacrifice.
Thank you to all military servicemen and servicewomen who serve/have served on our behalf to give us the freedom we live everyday. #YouRock

Today we honor and remember all those who fight for us. Now if we could just drop killer songs n no bombs we’d all have happy feet! Cheers! — TOMMY LEE (@MrTommyLand) May 28, 2012
