March Riff Madness – 32 Rock Legends Compete for Your Vote!

March Riff Madness

Introducing our first-ever March Riff Madness competition, where your votes determine which of 32 legendary riffs will be chosen as the greatest of all time!

It took a bunch of arguing, and even some swearing, but we managed to select 32 of classic rock’s most iconic riffs, then paired them off into 16 first-round duels. Over the next five weeks the field will be repeatedly cut in half by your votes, until we theoretically arrive at the most awesome riff in all of rock history.

As you’ll see, there are some very difficult choices to make right off the bat — Led Zeppelin‘s ‘Whole Lotta Love’ or ‘I Can’t Explain’ by the Who? Aerosmith‘s legendary ‘Walk This Way’ or Mountain‘s massive ‘Mississippi Queen?’ — but we trust you’ll make the right decisions.

You can vote once per hour in each of these 16 battles until round one of our March Riff Madness voting closes on Sunday, March 9 at 11:59PM ET. The ultimate winner will be revealed on April 7.

Got it? Good! Let’s get started…
