Jordis Unga, a singer living in Los Angeles with an eclectic background, took on Paul McCartney's 'Maybe I'm Amazed' on tonight's episode of 'The Voice' and delivered a passionate rendition of the tune.

Unga, who's the child of a Tongan father and a Swedish mother, said she has been around music her whole life. "When I first started playing, I was in a punk-rock band and then I was in a pop band," she revealed. "I really think this is it for me."

The singer wasted no time getting the celebrity coaches' attention, as country crooner Blake Shelton hit his approval button within the first few notes of her rendition of the McCartney classic. Unga delivered the song with a melodic rasp while showing a captivating stage presence. Coaches Christina Aguilera and Cee Lo Green were soon to follow Shelton by hitting their approval buttons.

"Your voice makes me want to push myself to be that much better of a singer," said Shelton.

"I would understand you vocally and also I have the time and attention to give you," replied Christina Aguilera, alluding to Shelton's tour commitments.

Ultimately, Unga chose Shelton to be her coach. Perhaps, the second time is the charm for Unga, who previously competed in the TV singing competition 'Rock Star: INXS.'
