"Two middle-aged guys. One lifelong dream. Zero chance in hell."

That's the tagline for 'Hair I Go Again,' a crowdfunded documentary that uses new interviews with a long list of well-known rock veterans to tell the tale of a failed '80s glam band whose members try to stage a comeback by traveling across the country and hoping to convince some of their old heroes to let them open a show. While no release date has been confirmed, a new trailer for the movie offers an early glimpse of what viewers can expect.

The two-minute clip includes appearances by an eclectic array of musicians, including members of Motorhead, Tesla, Quiet Riot and many more -- and that just scratches the surface of the complete list of rock interviewees, which also includes members (or ex-members) of Winger, Motley Crue, Great White, Queenscryche, Ratt, Warrant, Dokken, Dio, Foreigner and others.

Basing a movie around making light of musical failure is obviously nothing new -- just ask the guys in Spinal Tap -- but the team behind 'Hair I Go Again' obviously did its homework. If you like what you see here, you can keep tabs on the film (and buy merchandise) at its website.
