Guns N’ Roses’ Duff McKagan Looking Forward To The Hall Of Fame
Duff McKagan isn't sure if the original lineup of Guns N' Roses will perform at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony next month, or even if everyone will show up. But, according to a new interview, he's excited for the event.
"I'll be there with bells on," he told Andy Greene of Rolling Stone.
McKagan, whose autobiography 'It's So Easy: and Other Lies' will be released in paperback on March 20, would love for his old bandmates to put aside their longstanding difference and play a couple of classics with the same fury as before. But a lack of communication between them leads him to believe that it won't happen, and he's not going to make the first move.
"There was probably a day in the mid-1990s where I would have tried to gather the troops, but I'm just not that guy anymore," he continued. "It's too frustrating to change anyone else…I'm not even sure I'd want to change how anyone else sees a situation."
