The Hollywood Vampires will pay tribute to Lemmy Kilmister at this year's Grammy Awards. The Alice Cooper-fronted, star-packed band -- which also includes actor Johnny Depp, Guns N' Roses' Duff McKagan and Aerosmith’s Joe Perry -- will perform at the ceremony on Feb. 15.

There's no word on what songs this supergroup has in mind to honor the Motorhead frontman, who died on Dec. 28 after a short battle with cancer – though Cooper did tell Rolling Stone that the band will perform "As Bad As I Am," an original song which will be released as part of a deluxe edition of their self-titled debut album from last year that's due on Feb. 12.

The Vampires are a fitting choice to honor Lemmy. Their self-titled debut album from last year was put together by Cooper as a tribute to some of his, as one song refers to them, "dead drunk friends." The project was mostly filled out by cover songs of classics originally recorded by Jimi Hendrix, John Lennon and Jim Morrison, so the band shouldn't have too much trouble tearing through a version of, say, Motorhead's "Ace of Spades."

Rounding out the all-star group onstage will be GNR drummer Matt Sorum, guitarist Tommy Henriksen and Bruce Witkin on piano and guitar.

Cooper told Rolling Stone that he may attempt Lemmy's signature singing approach ... or maybe not. "I might do it more 'Alice Cooper style,' but it would still have to have that growl, that guttural voice to make it work," he said. "I can't picture, like, Creedence Clearwater doing that song."
