Graham Parker and the Rumour have just released 'Three Chords Good,' their first new album together in over 30 years, and Ultimate Classic Rock is happy to bring you the exclusive album stream.

Earlier this year, on a whim, Parker decided to reactivate his longtime band. It turns out that in doing so, he opened up several other opportunities as well. “After a hiatus of over 30 years, it was extraordinary to hear the Rumour backing my material again,” says Parker. “We’ve finally made an album of true musical collaboration that we’re all very proud of."

Shortly after completion of the album, director Judd Apatow contacted him for a role in the upcoming film, 'This Is 40,' which is due in theaters this Christmas. Parker stars as himself and acts throughout the film, with a number of both old and new Graham Parker + the Rumour songs interspersed throughout. “Getting to film Graham Parker and the Rumour’s first performance in 30 years was one of the highlights of my career,” says Apatow. “They rocked hard, and I must say Graham Parker as an actor is really funny.”

In addition to the film work, a massive reunion tour is in the works. In addition, fans can look for 'Don't Ask Me Questions,' a documentary on Parker featuring Bruce Springsteen, Nick Lowe and others. Parker will also be a musical guest on 'The Late Show With David Letterman' next month. The group is currently supporting their new single, 'Long Emotional Ride.' The 'Three Chords Good' disc can be purchased here.
