Gene Simmons and Shannon Tweed Wedding Photo Unveiled

The first wedding photo of Kiss bassist Gene Simmons and his new bride Shannon Tweed has been unveiled, and the musician is apparently wondering what exactly he was so afraid of when it came to getting married.

"It was a great evening of music and fun," Simmons told People magazine. "I look at my wedding band and think, 'What was I afraid of all this time?'" He certainly looks happy in the photo, wearing a classy black suit alongside his beautiful new wife, with their faithful dog Snippy at their feet.

We got our first look at the wedding yesterday in the form of a special on-site video report, and starting tonight (Oct. 4) on 'Gene Simmons Family Jewels' we'll see how the wedding came to be, as the popular reality series starring Gene and his family returns to the airwaves for its season premiere.
