Only Dee Snider can pull off a set list mixing show tunes and Twisted Sister classics. The curly-haired singer performed a free show at the iHeartRadio Theater in New York City on May 25, kicking off the Memorial Day weekend festivities by offering up an eclectic batch of tunes.

The singer’s ‘Dee Does Broadway’ disc is out now via Razor + Tie, and he performed key selections from the release, such as ‘Mack the Knife’ and ‘The Joint is Jumpin’,’ the latter of which saw his son Jesse take the stage alongside him. He also performed other Broadway classics like ‘Cabaret’ and ‘I Get a Kick Out of You.’

If you can’t exactly stomach Dee doing show tunes, he also made room in the set list for Twisted Sister favorites ‘We’re Not Gonna Take It’ and ‘I Wanna Rock.’

Yeah, that was more like it. But still, he did a terrific job with the big Broadway hits, too.
