Courtney Love has spoken out about her late husband, Kurt Cobain, in a tirade published in the latest issue of Vanity Fair magazine. When asked by contributing editor Nancy Jo Sales whether she was still mad at the late Nirvana singer over his 1994 suicide, Love yelled back, “Mad? Ya think?! If he came back right now I’d have to kill him, for what he did to us. I’d f—ing kill him. I’d f— him, and then I’d kill him.”

Yes, we think she's still mad.

Not only is Love still upset at Cobain over his death -- thanks to his ever-increasing heroin addiction, she also didn't have the best time with him while he was still alive, either. “He tried to kill himself three times!" she says. "He OD’d at least five times. I was the f—ing E.M.S. I was always sticking pins in his balls. I carried around Narcan!” -- a drug used to save the life of heroin users who have overdosed.

The fact that Love is even speaking to Vanity Fair is a bit of a minor miracle. It was VF writer Lynn Hirschberg, after all, that Love basically blamed for driving Cobain to suicide after the magazine published a September 1992 feature by Hirschberg claiming the couple was using heroin even after Love found out she was pregnant with Frances Bean Cobain. Child welfare services launched an investigation questioning their parenting abilities, and eventually removed Frances for a short time before the two were deemed fit parents and the child was returned.

The November issue of Vanity Fair featuring the full Courtney Love interview is currently available in New York and Los Angeles, and will hit newsstands nationally and on the iPad on Oct. 11. Love can also be seen a short film in conjunction with the Vanity Fair article titled 'Courtney in Wonderland.' Watch it below:
