The bassist pictured in here actually didn't get his high school diploma until very recently, hence this yearbook photo being from his earliest school years.

Born February 5, 1964, this musician dropped out of Seattle's Roosevelt High School when he was a sophomore. He went on to become a founding member of one of rock's most popular and dangerous bands.

He eventually got his GED, went on to attend Seattle University's Albers School of Business + Economics and founded Meridian Rock, a wealth management firm. He also invested in Microsoft and Starbucks before they were household names, so he knew a thing or two about the financial sector.

He currently writes a column for his hometown newspaper, in addition to fronting his own new band. So even though his schooling was pre-empted for a while, he turned out just fine! So... who is he? Find out here!
