Can You Guess the Artist in This Yearbook Photo?

This yearbook photo is of an English rock legend who died on Nov. 29, 2001 at the relatively young age of 58. Even though his life was cut short, he had quite a fabulous experience in his youth, as the guitarist for a band that would invade America and go on to chance the face of music as we knew it.

In addition to his main band, he had a solo career and launched a massive pop radio hit in the late '80s, and also enjoyed membership in a "traveling" group. What a cute tyke he was, too!
