This yearbook photo was taken in 1960, from St. Leo College Preparatory School in Florida, which this famed classic rock guitarist and songwriter attended for just a year. He moved a few times as a youth since his father was in the military.

He has done time in two revered bands, one in which his last name is a prominent part of the moniker. The other band features two cities in its name. One of the words in that name is a both city in upstate New York and a large animal. If you can solve that riddle, you'll figure out who he is.

He's also had a respectable solo career.

He was born on Jan. 3, 1945 and was dually inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. He was the first person to be inducted twice on the same night for his work in two bands.

So, who is he?
