Supposedly, the reason that the hideous “words scrawled on a trash bag – literally” cover art got used for 'Slippery When Wet' instead of this well-endowed and rather drenched faceless female was two-fold. Of course some big chains threatened not to carry the album, but apparently Jon Bon Jovi also didn't like the hot pink border.
