Bon Jovi Announces 2013 North American Tour

Rock veterans Bon Jovi have announced dates for their 2013 "Because We Can" tour. The band will be hitting arenas across the continent in support of their upcoming album, 'What About Now,' which is expected to arrive in stores in the spring of 2013. The band have created a tour announcement trailer, which is embedded below.

The band will begin the tour on Feb. 9 at Uncasville, Ct. and continue through April 25 in San Jose, Calif. This includes several dates in Canada, for which tickets have already gone on sale. They will then hit South Africa and Europe for May and June before returning to America for a summer stadium tour, including two nights at MetLife Stadium in their home turf of E. Rutherford, N.J. on July 24-25. Other markets are expected to be added in the future.

In contrast to, say, the Rolling Stones, Bon Jovi are keeping the cost of tickets relatively low, with prices starting at $19.50 plus applicable charges. That said,  there are various VIP and members-only packages available for a fair penny. Tickets for several markets will go on sale Nov. 30, with the Canada dates currently on sale.
