Black Sabbath has reportedly revealed that they will make a special announcement at a press conference next Friday, Nov. 11. This is widely suspected to be related to recent reports that the legendary band is planning to reunite for a new album and tour.

According to Revolver, this conference will feature all four original Sabbath members -- guitarist Tony Iommi, bassist Geezer Butler, drummer Bill Ward, and singer Ozzy Osbourne, with Henry Rollins serving as host.

They've found the perfect time to hold the event, at what numerologists would agree is the most metal moment of the entire cenutry - 11:11:11 AM on 11/11/2011. The band's official website has been changed so as to feature only that date and the band's logo as presented on their 1971 album 'Master of Reality.'

Ever since a Birmingham Mail reporter revealed the band had been planning on getting back together back in August, there's been a parade of denials, rumors, and partial confirmations about an original lineup Sabbath reunion, with the band finally revealing they were in fact, seeing if they could work together.

Now it seems we'll have our answer. Of course we'll keep you posted as soon as we hear anything. In the meantime, you can take a shot at winning a free copy of Iommi's excellent new book 'Iron Man' just by signing up below.
