Citing "overwhelming demand," Black Sabbath have extended their The End tour by adding another U.S. leg that will keep them on the road into the fall of 2016.

As previously reported, The End is being billed as Sabbath's final tour, and the band members have vowed to go out with a round of shows that "promises to surpass all previous tours and will feature the band's most mesmerizing production ever." In addition to the already-announced opening U.S. leg and subsequent journeys through Australia, New Zealand and Europe, the tour will now return to the States in August for a newly announced series of dates that's currently scheduled to conclude Sept. 21 in Phoenix.
