The star-studded new motion picture 'Rock of Ages' is set to take movie-goers on a musical journey to the heyday of '80s rock when it opens at theaters across the country Friday.

We want to know which of the soundtrack's classic anthems -- made famous by bands such as Def Leppard and Journey and now performed by some of the world's most famous actors -- you like the best.

The big-screen adaptation of the smash hit Broadway musical, which features Julianne Hough, Russell Brand, Mary J. Blige and many more, is set on L.A.'s glamorous and gritty Sunset Strip.

There, a pair of dreamers fight long odds to find success as stars of stage and screen, respectively, and manage to fall in love. Of course, there are plenty of obstacles in their way, including the mayor's wife (Catherine Zeta-Jones) who wants to close down the club where all this dream-making takes place.

As you can imagine, all this drama and intrigue gives our heroes plenty to sing about, and happily, the lyrics of some of the biggest rock hits of the '80s just happen to fit the bill perfectly.

Whether they're dreaming of fame and fortune, falling in love, getting their hearts broken or expressing good-old fashioned anti-establishment rebellion, these songs offer Cruise, Brand, and 'Footloose' star Juliane Hough a chance to show off their vocal talents in unexpected and exciting ways.

The film's soundtrack is already available, so you can get acquainted with the new arrangements ahead of time and be fully ready to sing along when your favorite tracks hits your local theater's mega-watt sound system. Will Boneta, Hough, Cruise and Blige get your vote for their rendition of Poison’s 'Every Rose Has It’s Thorn'? Or does the idea of Zeta-Jones channeling Pat Benatar's 'Hit Me With Your Best Shot' get your fist pumping? There are 20 great performances to choose from; we can't wait to see who wins.

Don't forget to pick up the 'Rock of Ages' soundtrack now, and see the movie when it hits the big screen on Friday. You can also visit the movie's official website and Facebook page to learn more about the film and soundtrack. But first, vote for your favorite song from the 'Rock of Ages' soundtrack?
