Creating the A-Z of classic rock should be child's play, right? Let's see, "A" is for AC/DC... oh but wait, what about Aerosmith or the Allman Brothers Band? Maybe this is going to be tougher than we expected. We're gonna need your help.

Choosing between Black Sabbath and the Beatles, or Rush and the Rolling Stones is pretty serious business, we're sure you'll agree. Over the following pages, we took our best shot at identifying the most important band in the genre for each of the 26 letters in the alphabet.

But then we turn the voting over to you, listing all of the candidates we can think of for each character. Tell us who you think should get the honor -- you can vote once a day -- and on June 10, 2013 we'll re-write this list to reflect your choices. It's as easy as... don't make us say it.
