Paul McCartney and a host of prominent Beatles relatives were all in attendance at a special fifth anniversary performance Wednesday of the Cirque du Soleil show 'Love,' which is based around the Beatles' music.

McCartney was joined at the Las Vegas event by John Lennon's widow, Yoko Ono, and son Sean, as well as George Harrison's widow, Olivia, and son, Dhani. Beatles producer George Martin was also there. Ringo Starr, who is on tour in Europe, sent along a video message.

"[The show] is beautiful, and it’s successful," Ono told the Las Vegas Sun during the event's red carpet arrivals. "We're lucky to have this show, and I’m lucky, I’m very lucky because I will be here with my son. The Beatles’ message is so strong that it can take anything and make it good. It’s beautiful."

Inside the theater, Ono and McCartney addressed the audience. Ono told the crowd that a good part of the credit for 'Love' goes to Olivia Harrison for her large role in getting the show off the ground. McCartney thanked the show's cast and yelled out, "Most of all, let's hear it for the Beatles."

Other attendees at the event includes former Guns N' Roses members Slash and Matt Sorum, along with a number of famous actors and musicians.
