Newly inducted Rock and Roll Hall of Famer Alice Cooper has been hard at work on a sequel to his legendary ‘Welcome To My Nightmare’ album with producer Bob Ezrin.

Now, he’s sharing a sampling of the new album with concert fans attending his current round of tour dates.  Cooper is playing a new track at the shows, provocatively titled, in typical Alice fashion, ‘I’ll Bite Your Face Off.’  You can watch a performance of the new song below.

Cooper and Ezrin are revisiting the 1975 original for a sequel to mark its 35th anniversary this year. The new album, tentatively titled ‘Welcome 2 My Nightmare,’ will feature guests Steve Hunter and Dick Wagner, who played on the first album, and a guest appearance from (?!) Vince Gill. In addition, the song 'When Hell Comes Home' will reunite the surviving members of the Alice Cooper Band: Michael Bruce, Dennis Dunaway and Neal Smith.

Planned for a fall release, Cooper says the album will have similarities to its predecessor and that he’s planning a full ‘Welcome 2 My Nightmare’ tour for 2012.
