Adler are returning to the road later this year for a run of tour dates that will take them across the U.S. — and beyond.

The band, named for and led by former Guns N' Roses drummer Steven Adler, will end a two-year live performance hiatus for these shows, which will also mark their debut performances in South America. The tour begins June 18 in Illinois, and is currently scheduled to conclude in San Jose, Calif., on Sept. 26.

Adler isn't saying anything about a new album yet, but the tour announcement comes roughly six months after the band informed fans they'd been in the studio working on recordings with producer and Foreigner vet Jeff Pilson. As Pilson explained at the time, he wasn't sure when or how the new material might see release.

"I don’t know if we’re gonna do a whole record," he shrugged. "I think we’re gonna just do a couple of songs, because it’s kind of, like, ‘Why bother doing a whole record these days?’ But his juices are flowing, so we started in on that today, and that’s gonna be great."

Beyond the band's 2015 tour, Adler's also already making plans for next year: the group's Facebook page recently announced they've been booked for the 2016 Monsters of Rock cruise's West Coast itinerary, which sets sail between Oct. 1-5 and is scheduled to include a bill that also boasts Quiet Riot and Great White.
