Founding Kiss guitarist Ace Frehley fractured his left wrist after a fall at his house yesterday (Nov. 27), and has been forced to cancel an upcoming U.K. tour as a result.

According to Blabbermouth, Frehley, whose autobiography 'No Regrets' recently cracked the New York Times Top 10 hardcover fiction bestsellers list, was scheduled to perform three dates overseas in the first week of December, but has been advised not to use his use his wrist for at least ten days.

Of course the rock legend expressed his apologies for the cancellations, and really, it seems as though it's more of a tour postponement, as the article implies Frehley intends to announce rescheduled dates shortly.

Ace narrowly avoided a similar injury a few weeks ago at a concert in New York City, when he tumbled off the stage but managed to keep playing. His highly entertaining book is filled with stories of other near-accidents, such as the not one, but two times his former bandmate Gene Simmons saved him from drowning.
