Rockers We’ve Lost in 2013: Former AC/DC Bassist Neil Smith

Neil Smith, one-time bassist with AC/DC and Rose Tattoo, passed away on Sunday, April 7, after a battle with cancer. "He was larger than life, and his passing will be felt," said his family on his Facebook page.

Smith was a member of AC/DC early on, joining the band in 1974. He was gone before the release of their 1975 debut album ‘High Voltage,’ but went on to join Rose Tattoo,  another high energy bunch of rock and rollers from down under.
