Legendary music agent Frank Barsalona passed away on Nov. 22 after a long battle with Alzheiner’s disease. He was 74 years old. Barsalona’s list of clients reads like a who’s who of rock and rollers. From Led Zeppelin and Van Halen to Bruce Springsteen and Tom Petty. He was inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame in 2005.

Barsalona’s rise to prominence began as a booking agent, bringing the Beatles and the Rolling Stones to the U.S. for the first time. He soon started his own agency, Premier Talent with the Who among his stable of stars. He eventually helped make the concert business into the billion dollar industry it has become today.
